Backend Developer (NodeJS)

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and skilled Node.js Developer with at least 1 year of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work on exciting projects, contribute to developing scalable backend services, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain server-side applications using Node.js.
Collaborate with front-end developers using React.js to integrate UI elements with server-side logic.
Create and manage efficient databases, utilizing Redis for caching and data optimization.
Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code.
Conduct thorough testing using Jest to ensure high quality and reliability of the code.
Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance application performance.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and incorporate best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience in Node.js development.
Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and understanding of server-side architecture.
Experience with testing frameworks, preferably Jest.
Comfortable working with Redis for caching and optimizing data queries.
Familiarity with front-end integration using React.js.
Understanding of RESTful APIs and general software development practices.
Nice to Have:

Experience with additional technologies such as Docker, GraphQL, or Kubernetes.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
Experience working in an agile development environment.
Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month (depending on experience and proficiency)
