Full stack developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React.js/Next.js and Python. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain scalable web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Your work will ensure seamless user experiences on the front end while creating robust, secure backend services.

Key Responsibilities:

Front-End Development:

Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly interfaces using React.js and Next.js.
Implement best practices in UI/UX design, ensuring fast, intuitive, and accessible user experiences.

Back-End Development:

Design and build scalable backend systems and RESTful APIs using Python (e.g., with Django or Flask).
Ensure data integrity and security through efficient database management (SQL/NoSQL).

Collaboration & Integration:

Work closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to integrate front-end and back-end components.
Participate in code reviews, contribute to team knowledge sharing, and continuously improve the development process.

Optimization & Maintenance:

Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high standards of quality and reliability.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously enhance the tech stack.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a solid portfolio of web applications.
Proficiency in React.js and Next.js, with a strong grasp of modern JavaScript (ES6+).
Strong command of Python, with hands-on experience using frameworks like Django or Flask.
Experience with RESTful API design, version control (e.g., Git), and modern development workflows.
Solid understanding of both relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) databases.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail and commitment to quality.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and agile methodologies.
Knowledge of automated testing frameworks and best practices in software testing.
