The Role

As a Full-Stack Software Engineer at Algo Clan, you’ll rapidly build MVPs in 4-6 weeks using React, Supabase, and AI APIs. You’ll own projects end-to-end, solving challenges proactively and adapting to shifting requirements. Key Responsibilities

Rapid MVP Development:
Use Lovable.dev to prototype UIs, implement authentication flows, and integrate databases (Supabase/Firebase) with minimal boilerplate code.
Leverage Cursor.ai for AI-assisted coding, debugging, and generating scalable solutions for features like real-time data processing or AI/ML integrations.
Full-Stack Agility:

Frontend: Build responsive interfaces in Lovable.dev or React/Next.js, using pre-built components for 80% of UI work and custom code for critical features.
Backend: Develop APIs and business logic in Cursor with AI-powered autocompletion, refactoring, and error resolution.

Tool Optimization:
Customize Lovable.dev or Cursor workflows (e.g., creating reusable templates for common MVP features like user dashboards).
Write Cursor.ai prompts to automate repetitive tasks (e.g., generating API routes, unit tests, or documentation).

Client Collaboration:
Demo MVPs to stakeholders, explaining technical trade-offs between low-code and custom solutions.
Iterate based on feedback, using Lovable’s visual editor and Cursor’s AI to implement changes in hours, not days.

What We’re Looking For
Must-Have Qualifications:

• 2+ years of full-stack development (React/Node.js/Python) and a portfolio of shipped MVPs/prototypes.
  Hands-on experience with low-code platforms (e.g., Lovable.dev, Retool, Bubble) for rapid UI development.
• Proficiency with AI-assisted coding tools like Cursor.ai, GitHub Copilot, or Codeium.
  Familiarity with modern databases (PostgreSQL, Supabase) and deployment tools (Vercel, Docker).
  Preferred Skills:
• Advanced use of Lovable.dev: Custom plugin development, API orchestration, or template design.
• Cursor.ai expertise: Prompt engineering for code generation, automated testing, or debugging.
  Experience integrating AI/ML APIs (e.g., auto-generating quizzes, summaries, or reports).
  Ability to mentor teams on adopting AI/low-code tools effectively.
