Salary
The in-hand salary is INR 50,000 per month, with quarterly pay raises.
Interview Process
- Initial screening (this round).
- Take-home coding assignment (Time commitment: 3 to 7 hrs) (Language: Typescript, React, Tailwind CSS).
- ~45-min Google Meet video call with the Founder.

Must-Have Qualifications
- Fundamental understanding of JavaScript, CSS, HTML DOM, web APIs, and React.
- Have developed projects using React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Node.js.
- Have built open-source projects on Github.
- Ability to write high-quality code that doesn’t require in-depth code reviews.
- Can work full-time remotely (at least 40hrs / week).
- Can join within a few weeks.
- Can work in the Indian timezone.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Have solved competitive programming problems.
- Have built projects with the Next.js and PostgreSQL
- Experience reviewing code of other devs.
- Have written technical articles.
- Have worked in GenAI space.

Your Day-to-Day Work
Build features:
- You’ll be provided with a Figma design and a Notion document explaining the feature.
- Discuss your technical approach with the team, if needed, before implementing any code changes to avoid rework.
- Write the best code possible and submit your GitHub PR.
- The team will review your PR. Ideally, there shouldn’t be any review changes.
- Once approved, the PR gets merged.
Other duties:
- Fix bugs.
- Review Github PR of other devs.
- Improve current codebase quality.
- Maintain technical docs and occasionally write technical articles.
- Stay proactive on Slack, GitHub, Notion, and Figma.
- Participate in discussions, share opinions on others’ ideas, and suggest new ideas
Working Hours:
We are a fully remote and asynchronous team. You can work on your own schedule, but there should be some hours of daily overlap when you can communicate with your team. You are required to work at least 5 days a week (40 hours per week).
