We are currently seeking potential candidates to join our company as Software Interns, collaborating with our Development Team. We are extending an invitation for a 6-month internship program, and based on performance during this period, we will offer the opportunity for full-time employment as a Full-Stack Developer.

Desired candidates Job Profile (Required)

We’re seeking candidates with the following characteristics:

·         Foundational Understanding of Computer and Software: We’re looking for individuals who possess fundamental knowledge of computers and software systems.

·         Programming Proficiency: Ideally, candidates should have a grasp of at least one programming language, with a preference for Java, Python, or TypeScript.

·         Diploma or a course in Computer Science or IT: A diploma or a course in computer science or information technology is a prerequisite for this position.

·         Self-Motivated and Tech-Savvy: We highly value self-driven individuals who actively pursue learning opportunities beyond their formal education, particularly in emerging technologies.

·         Basic English Communication Skills: Candidates should have a basic level of proficiency in English, allowing them to effectively express their ideas.

·         Tier 2-3 City resident: We are looking for candidates living OUTSIDE of Tier 1 cities, (Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Kolkata, and Ahmedabad )

Good to have:

·         Understanding of programming concepts.

·         Data structure proficiency.

·         Code design and modularity skills.

·         Testing knowledge.

·         Linux operating system familiarity.

·         Version control expertise.

·         Strong knowledge of at least one framework.

·         Completion of an end-to-end project in any programming language.

·         An online portfolio on platforms like LeetCode or HackerRank.”

Stipend in internship

Basic Stipend: Rs 3,000 per month

Laptop and Broadband Allowance: Rs 2,000 per month

Internship Completion Bonus: Rs 20,000

Full-Time Offer:

Rs 2.8 lakh – Rs 3.2 lakh (annual salary)
