Team Leader / Solutions Architect

I work in a dynamic product-based startup in the heart of Mumbai, specializing in legal tech, and we’re on the lookout for skilled developers to join our team.

What we’re looking for:

Experience: 5-6 years of hands-on experience with the MERN stack (React.js, Node.js, Next.js).
Well-versed in system design, capable of leading the planning and implementation of core modules from the ground up.
Proficient in PostgreSQL (RDBMS), with strong skills in database schema design and modeling.
Strong knowledge of building and managing microservices to ensure scalable and efficient system performance.
Experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless integration and communication across services.
Experience with DevOps practices, including S3, NGINX, and cloud services, to manage deployments, scaling, and maintaining infrastructure.
Skilled in crafting comprehensive test cases and has solid experience with test-driven development (TDD).
Experience in performing code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and guiding the technical direction of the team.
