DevOps Engineer

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and skilled DevOps Engineer with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Azure and cloud infrastructure, and be well-versed in securing and deploying live tracking data systems. Knowledge of AWS and DigitalOcean is a plus. The candidate should have a solid understanding of containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and a keen awareness of best practices in DevOps security.

Responsibilities:

Cloud Infrastructure Management: Design, deploy, and maintain scalable and secure architectures in Azure, with additional knowledge of AWS and DigitalOcean being advantageous.
Live Tracking Data Systems: Manage and support secure, live tracking data solutions, ensuring data privacy, high availability, low latency, and encrypted data flows.
Containerization & Orchestration: Implement and maintain Docker containers, securing configurations to prevent vulnerabilities, and streamline development and production environments.
CI/CD Pipeline Management: Develop, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines with a focus on security, ensuring automated deployment with minimal risks across multiple environments.
Environment Deployment & Security: Securely deploy applications in various environments (development, staging, production), managing environment-specific security configurations and identity management.
Automation & Scripting: Develop secure automation scripts to enhance operational efficiency, streamline tasks, and optimize system performance.
Monitoring & Incident Response: Set up monitoring tools, implement alerting for security anomalies, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis to improve system reliability and resilience.
Security Compliance & Best Practices: Implement security best practices across the DevOps lifecycle, including vulnerability scanning, dependency checking, and managing access controls.

Requirements:

Experience: 1-2 years in DevOps or related roles, with hands-on experience in secure cloud services (Azure is required; AWS and DigitalOcean are a plus).
Containerization Knowledge: Strong understanding of Docker, with experience securing and managing container-based applications.
CI/CD Proficiency: Hands-on experience building and securing CI/CD pipelines, using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
Security Knowledge: Familiarity with DevOps security practices, including secrets management, encrypted data handling, identity management, and implementing firewalls.
Scripting Skills: Experience with secure scripting in languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell to automate and secure tasks.
Monitoring & Security Response: Experience with monitoring tools (such as Grafana, Prometheus, or Azure Monitor) and understanding of security incident response processes.
Nice to Have:

Knowledge of live tracking data systems and secure data flow optimization.
Familiarity with Kubernetes or other orchestration tools with a security emphasis.
Understanding of monitoring and alerting tools for security, such as Grafana, Prometheus, or Azure Monitor.
