Full Stack Intern (MERN + AI/ML) – Stealth Mode Startup

Location: Remote | Internship Duration: 4 Months | Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 /month

We are looking for a Full-Time Full Stack Intern who is eager to build, iterate, and optimize an exciting SaaS product. This role will provide hands-on experience in frontend, backend, and AI/ML technologies, giving you end-to-end ownership of features while working alongside a lean but experienced team.

About Us:
We are building XXX, a B2B SaaS product that helps professionals elevate their presence with a modern, on-brand profile builder designed to build trust and drive customer engagement. We aim to solve the problem of sales and business professionals relying on outdated tools like LinkedIn and generic digital business cards that fail to showcase their expertise and credibility.

As an early-stage stealth mode startup, we are laser-focused on Product-Led Growth (PLG), delivering a polished user experience, and leveraging AI/ML technologies to enhance our product.

Responsibilities:

1. Work with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) to develop and refine features.
2. Implement AI/ML capabilities to enhance user experience and automation.
3. Simplify UI/UX by designing intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.
4. Build and optimize a scalable data foundation for analytics and personalization.
5. Set up product and customer analytics to track engagement and performance.
6. Develop a lightweight CDP (Customer Data Platform) for better user insights.
7. Participate in brainstorming, rapid prototyping, and agile development cycles.

Requirements:

1. Good understanding of MERN stack, TypeScript, Redux, and modern web development.
2. Strong hold on backend technologies and data modeling
3. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
4. Passionate about coding, product development, and user experience.
5. Familiarity with AI/ML concepts is a plus.

You’d be a great fit if you:

1. Have 6 months of work experience (or multiple internships) in a relevant role.
2. Have built and deployed at least one side project.
3. Have a strong understanding of SaaS and its ecosystem.
4. Are eager to learn, build, and iterate fast in a startup environment.
